IMAGINE US (a poem)

IMAGINE US
We walked not because our soles were tougher
It was the sight we ought to have blamed
Enticed in curiosity, impressed in mind power
There then was a way to walk and we stood
It was never by softness of palms that men became lazy
For those who saw the skies dreamed and soared
Let’s take a walk and wonder at the horizon
Maybe you will believe in our dreamy wandering
Somewhere is not our destiny, here is not either
Sailing and letting the waves keep its floundering
We are captaining our ship by this mind compass
Then maybe then will we be called to Destiny
